Undergraduate Research Club meeting

How do iron fish improve the health of humans? The Undergraduate Research Club hosts Kathy Beerman, professor and researcher in the School of Biological Sciences, for a presentation on her research and efforts in Guatemala. Beerman volunteers with Hearts in Motion on a project to prevent human anemia, and works with WSU student volunteers who spend 10 days helping measure and assess iron levels of rural inhabitants.
