Please list any jobs that you have held. Limit your list to no more than 4 of your most relevant jobs.
Please list any research experience you may have had. You may include high school research experiences but limit your list to no more than 6 research experiences. Include the time frame during which your experience took place and your specific role in the project.
Please list any Honors and Awards, limiting your list to your 6 most relevant honors or awards.
Please list any presentations or publications.
Please list no more than 6 recent activities or leadership experiences you have had.

Transcripts and Recommendations

Transcripts

After submitting this application, you will need to send us transcripts from all post-secondary institutions that you attended. As mentioned above at the beginning of the form, these can be unofficial transcripts. Transcripts should be emailed to WSU.MARC@wsu.edu and the subject line of the email should say YOUR NAME_Transcript.

Letters of Recommendation

Request two letters of recommendation to be submitted by the deadline. The letters of recommendation must be from faculty who either taught, mentored, or advised you and should address your suitability for a future career in the biomedical sciences. The letters of recommendation should be sent to WSU.MARC@wsu.edu and the subject line of the email should say STUDENT NAME_recommendation (i.e., ask the faculty member to use your name in the subject line).

To help us know what letters of recommendation we should expect to receive from the two faculty who will be supporting your application, we ask you to provide their contact information. When you submit this form, we will send them an automated notification to provide them with a reminder about these instructions. However, we still encourage you to also contact the faculty and explain what to do in your own words.
